At Askews Legal LLP we specialise in all kinds of property transactions from sales, purchases to transfer of equity and remortgages. We are a Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accredited firm and we pride ourselves on the high level of service we deliver to our clients.
Our aim is to provide you with quality conveyancing services at minimal cost and inconvenience to you. We are a dedicated conveyancing practice, and therefore can focus on your particular matter, keeping you advised throughout the whole process. As buying or selling a home is likely to be one of the biggest financial decisions you will ever make, it is important that you use an experienced conveyancing solicitor that you can trust.
Askews Legal LLP is experienced in all aspects of conveyancing in the UK, and can help guide you through the process, advising on how the most current laws may affect your transaction. From our initial consultation, we can advise you on your conveyancing matter with respect to your individual circumstances. We will ensure that you are fully aware of all of your rights and responsibilities prior to any contracts being signed, or transactions taking place.
So why choose Askews Legal LLP, we have designed a conveyancing portal which will help you understand where you are in the conveyancing process. We offer a simple to use traffic light and key stage feature. As and when milestones are reached we will send an email update to you. In addition to this we will copy you into correspondence with the third party Solicitor. This is to ensure that we remain transparent and always accountable to you.
Furthermore, during the conveyancing process the seller is required to complete various questionnaires commonly known as the Sellers Property Information Form and Fixtures and Fittings Form. If you are selling a leasehold property then you will need to complete the Leasehold Information Form. As a part of our service we have designed an electronic platform so you are able to complete these forms on-line. By completing the forms electronically this will ensure that all questions are answered. It is not essential for the seller to have found a buyer for these forms to be completed. We encourage all sellers to use this service as soon as possible so we can draft a contract before a buyer has been found. Please speak to one of our helpful conveyancing team for further information.
