Our Company Law Solicitors can take you through the advantages and disadvantages of each structure so you can choose the right one for your venture.

What is corporate governance?

Corporate governance refers to the rules, processes, and procedures which govern how a company is directed and run. Good corporate governance ensures that an organisation has suitable decision-making processes and controls in place to balance and safeguard the best interests of all stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, suppliers, customers, and the community.

In an age where a company’s reputation can be destroyed through trial by social media, good corporate governance is essential to protect your brand. From matters relating to shareholder engagement through to environment and sustainability policies, our Company Law Solicitors can provide specialist advice on all corporate governance-related matters.

What are the advantages of a joint venture?

Joint ventures are a common way for two or more companies to join together to undertake significant business activities or projects.

Entering into a joint venture can help your organisation gain the specialist resources, equipment, and market knowledge required to execute a particular growth strategy or innovative development.

We have vast knowledge and experience in advising on the creation, running, and dismantling of joint ventures, including cross-border initiatives.
