At the touch of a button, you can access your employees’ personnel files including employment contracts, holiday/absence/timekeeping records, expenses claims, remuneration/benefits information etc. The shared calendar also enables you to know your employees’ whereabouts at any given time.
HR Genie reminds you of key dates such as birthdays, completion of 2 years’ employment and expiry of probation periods, work permits or training certificates. You will also get notifications if any member of staff is earning below National Minimum Wage, which can easily happen when an apprentice/younger member of staff has a birthday.
HR Genie allows you to store your staff handbook and any other manuals or policies for quick, easy access. You can also conduct the appraisals process through HR Genie and customise the questions.
Our portal produces a number of reports such as payroll, absence, live attendance etc. all of which can be viewed, exported or saved.
All employees have unique log in details to access their personnel file. HR Genie allows employees to submit holiday requests for approval, make expenses claims, request time off for appointments, record training or make a request to work from home. You will be notified that a request is pending and the employee will be notified when their request is approved/rejected. Employees can use the system to see details of appointed fire wardens, first aiders, key holders etc.
HR Genie is mobile friendly so you and your staff can use all the software’s features even when you’re not in the workplace. You can even send an email or SMS text message to members of staff via the portal.
