Liam Fitzgerald is a solicitor within the Dispute Resolution/Litigation department here at Askews Legal LLP.
Liam has a great deal of experience in advising and acting for clients from varying backgrounds, from private individuals to Companies, in a whole range of matters including simple debt disputes and unpaid invoices through to more complicated disputes such as breach of contract, building and construction disputes, professional negligence, Landlord and Tenant disputes and Directors Disputes to name but a few.
Liam regularly advises and represent clients in Court proceedings including recently representing a Company in bringing a multi-million pound breach of supplier contract.
Liam obtained his degree in Law in 2006 from the University of Leicester and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in York in 2007. Liam trained and qualified as a solicitor in North Lincolnshire before moving for a new challenge in the Midlands.
Liam is a keen cyclist and squash player when time permits. In his free time, Liam enjoys watching movies, reading and exploring the countryside.
