Suki’s journey into conveyancing began as an office junior in a local firm of solicitors in Derby at a young age of 17 undertaking work based training. She came to Coventry and qualified here as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1997 where she has practised in High Street law firms in the Warwickshire area ever since. She also headed up a very successful in house conveyancing department for a large Trust Corporation. She has built up a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years in all aspects residential conveyancing including freeholds, leaseholds, remortgages, transfers of equity and has good experience of dealing with unregistered titles. She has an extensive knowledge of advising on declarations of trust where parties wish to protect their financial contributions, including training/mentoring junior members of staff.
Suki enjoys dealing with the fast pace of work in a busy office and finds it very rewarding seeing a matter through to completion. She enjoys spending time face to face with customers and prides herself of being more than a voice on the end of a telephone. After spending so many years in conveyancing she still enjoys the challenges that conveyancing brings as no 2 days are ever the same. The pressures of meeting deadlines and dealing with a variety of different people and their emotions in any one transaction keep her focused and motivated. She prides herself on delivering an excellent service to all customers and thrives to build a fantastic professional relationship to ensure an enjoyable experience for all involved in a caring and sensitive way.
Highlight of her career has been meeting so many different people from different walks of life. Suki can read, write and speaks fluent Punjabi.
When not working she likes to spend time with her family and friends and loves to travel.
